Container generator set is a low noise gen-set which is designed according to the demand of environmental protection. We adopt advanced noise reduction technique and use new type sound absorbing material on this series. It is suitable for the narrow place or place with strict demand for the noise. For example: factory, hotel, restaurant, school, hospital or residential area etc.
1)Common low noise function, common low noise within 75dB(A)(at 7m); super low noise within 70dB(A)(at 7m)
2)The oil tank, battery and muffler of the gen-set are assembled together, so that it's easy to deliver and install.
3)We installed glass window and emergency button to make it easy to operated and guard the working situation of gen-set.
Notice about power plant construction
1)Generator Rome is usually constructed in open or semi-open type. The floor of generator room should be easily to clean and not easily to spark.
2)If you want to construct closed generator room. You must construct a single-storey building. The open direction of all the doors and windows must turn outside.Please install some big capacity displacement device to avoid gas gathering.
3)Generator room and operation room must be separated, can not be directly connected. The observation window should be with double-deck glass protected by steel wire mesh.
4)Lightning arrester is necessary.
5)Prepare enough fire extinguishing appliance.
6)"No Fire" mark should be obvious, open flame in the generator room is not allowed.
7)In the exhaust gas, there are combustible gas. So the exhaust pipe of the generator must be leaded to outside of room. The exhaust pipe must be connected tightly.
Requirements for the equipment in generator room
1)Electric equipment in the generator room must be explosion proof. When you repair the equipments, must turn off the power.
2)Fix an urgent valve at the intake where gas pipe is leaded into room. You can cut off the gas in time if it's emergency. This valve should be close to the operate room.
3)The alarm system of gas detecting is necessary to find out the gas leakage in time.
Requirements for gas pipe
1)All the gas pipes should adopt seamless steel tube, the pipe well should not be very thin, the connector of pipe should be sealed tightly. After connecting, please detect the leakage situation by gas detector or soap sous.
2)Check the valve regularly, make sure there is no leakage and breakage situation.

1. How to choose the right model?
To choose a right model, we need to know required continuous output power, local voltage and frequency and fuel (such as diesel, natural gas, biogas, biomass gas, coal gas, syngas, etc.). For biomass power plant and coal gas power plant, some clients may doesn't have gasification system, then we need information about raw material.
2. What's the warranty?
The warranty is one year. We will offer free service and spare parts during warranty period. Lifetime service will be provided by our trustworthy after-sale team.
3. How to do the maintenance?
Operator training will be provided by our technician. After training, local operator can do the basic maintenance by themselves according to our maintenance manual.
4. Will be operation training offered?
Yes, operator training would be conducted by our technicians during the process of commissioning or factory training course in China.
5. What's about the installation and commissioning?
Installation and commissioning of the genset would be instructed assisted by our technicians on site.
