Biogas generator CHP:

CHP system,short for Combined Heat & Power is a simultaneous production of cooling, heating and power system with efficiency of about 90%.
When the generator is working, theheat will be offered at the same time, it is the utilizing separate unit for hospital,office building,living apartment,breeding enterprise, vegetable green house etc. 

The energy source for CCHP system:
Exhaust gas: The water will get heat form needle tubing when flows through the recovery devices of exhaust gas. And the needle tube's function is to conduct heat form gas, is fixed at the recovery device of exhaust gas. During the process, the water temperature will be heated up to 50~90ºC. Another result is the heated water becomes saturated steam under certain pressure.
The heat recovery efficiency will takes about 20-30% of total heat consumption of genset. But total gas exhaust heat takes about 32%.
Cylinder water : the cooling water( jacket water and oil cooling water) gathered together is another hot water source for CCHP system. This part of heat recovery takes about 32% of total heat consumption of genset.
