Requirements for biomass gas:
Within 1m from pressure regulating value of gas intake;
Gas temperature<40ºC
Pressure of natural gas: 3--20 kpa, rate of pressure change <1 kpa/min;
H2S≤200mg/Nm3;
NH3≤20mg/Nm3;
CH4 content ≥40%, changing rate ≤2%/min;
Moisture content ≤40g/Nm3;
Impurity particle size ≤5µm, impurity content ≤30 mg/Nm3
Heat value≥4.2MJ/Nm3
4.Requirement to Biogas:
The genset will be able to output at its full power with fuel gas with the specification as below:
1m from genset's pressure regulating valve of inlet
1. Gas temperature≤ local temperature + 15ºC(≤ 40ºC is better)
2. Gas Pressure can be adjusted from 5-20 kPa, the changing pressure rate ≤1kPa/min.
3. Use low-sulfur coal, one set sulfur scrubber is necessary (H2S≤200mg/Nm3)
4. NH3≤20mg/Nm3
5. Tar and Particulate matter≤50mg/Nm3.
6. Diameter of Particulate matter≤5μm, particulate content≤30mg/Nm3.
7. Moisture content≤40g/Nm3
10. Heat Value of Biogas: ≥4.2Mj/ Nm3.
Ignition system:We adopt ignition system of magneto which produced by American ALTRONIC company,including:magneto,high-tension coil,sparking plug.
Starting system: DC24V electric motor,12v190 adopt ST710 of direct-current.
Pressure charging system:Pulse Mixed-flow supercharger, compression ration is 1:8,meet engine's requirement for gas-flow rate.
Speed regulating system:EGS gas controller of American WOODWARD Company.
