Mashgas(Coal bed gas) is a kind of burnable gas without any color, taste and smell. It will explode if the concentration ranges at 5%-16%, and if oxygen more than 12%, it will also explode when meets the naked light or temperature between 650 degrees and 750 degrees. Explosive power will be biggest if concentration is 9.5%. It will not explode if concentration more than 16%. It was generated by coal or rotten plants and exist in two states: Absorbing and dissociate. China is the third biggest mashgas reserves country. Requirements for mashgas:
Within 1m to the intake valve of gas generator set
Gas temperature<40ºC
The ratio of CH4 in natural gas >70%;
Pressure of natural gas: 3--20 kpa, rate of pressure change <1 kpa/min;
H2S≤200mg/Nm3;
If the CH4 covers less than 30%, the total content of CH4 and O2, should not be less than 28%, the content of O2 should not be less than 16%
Moisture content ≤40g/Nm3;
Impurity particle size ≤5µm, impurity content ≤30 mg/Nm3
Heat value≥4.2MJ/Nm3

A: It depends on real output power, Voltage, Frequency and gas type.
2. What is the oil consumption and capacity per hour?
A: 1.0-1.63G of lubricant oil consumption per hour. 1.0 Cubic meter gas can produce 1.5-3.0kw/h power. The capacity depends on gas energy. e. g 1.0 Cubic meter natural gas produce about 3.0kw/h
3. What is the overhaul?
A: About 30000 working hours. A week is enough to finish.
4. What is the warranty?
A: 1 year. Inside this 1 year, we offer all spare parts free of charge. After this period, spare parts are not free. But, a set of spare parts will be shipped together with machine free.
5. How is the service?
