Worksite requirements:
Worksite needs to meet following basic requirements:
Ambient temperature between -40 to 40°C
Relative humidity less than 95% (35°C)
Site elevation not higher than 2500m
For outdoor installation, simple rain shelter is required
Fuel gas requirement:
Genset will be able to output at its full power with fuel gas with the specification as below:
Biogas must be purified before burning in engine
Suitable biogas conditions for genset
1m distance away from genset's pressure regulating valve of inlet
Temperature of biogas: ≤40°C
Pressure of biogas 5-20kPa, velocity of pressure ≤1kPa/minute
CH4 content of biogas: ≥40%, variation rate: ≤2%/minute
H2S: ≤200mg/Nm3
NH3: ≤20mg/Nm3
Impurities particle size: ≤5μm, impurity content: ≤30mg/Nm3
Moisture content of biogas: ≤40g/Nm3
Note: excessive sulfur contents can do serious damage to engine elements
Purification of biogas has a significant impact on machine life and continuous running time
Packing and shipping:
Genset would be covered with plywood case or plastic film cover
Control panel, batteries, electric cables are packed with plywood boxes or cartons
Exhaust pipes, engine mufflers are put in the container without packing
