Worksite requirements for generator
The worksite needs to meet following basic requirements:
a) Ambient temperature between -40ºC~40ºC;
b) Relative humidity less than 95%(35ºC);
c) Site elevation not higher than 2500m;
d) For outdoor installation, simple rain shelter is required
Main composition of biomass gas
After being gasified, the basis of gas is CO(20%), H2(9%),CH4(12%), CO2(12%), O2 (1%), N2(52%). The lower heating value is 5-6MJ/NM^3. Efficiency of gasification: 1kg dried material can generate 2Nm^3 GAS, conversation rate is more than 85%. 1kg dry material can generate 1kw.h power
