Fuel gas requirement:
Genset will be able to output at its full power with fuel gas with the specification as below:
Coal gas must be purified before burning in engine
Suitable Coal gas conditions for genset
1m distance away from genset's pressure regulating valve of inlet
Temperature of biogas: ≤40°C
Pressure of Coal gas 5-20kPa, velocity of pressure ≤1kPa/minute
CH4 content of Coal gas: ≥40%, variation rate: ≤2%/minute
H2S: ≤200mg/Nm3
NH3: ≤20mg/Nm3
Impurities particle size: ≤5μm, impurity content: ≤30mg/Nm3
Moisture content of Coal gas: ≤40g/Nm3
Note: excessive sulfur contents can do serious damage to engine elements
Purification of Coal gas has a significant impact on machine life and continuous running time
Genset would be covered with plywood case or plastic film cover
