Description:
This generator uses gas as power. The gas will burn directly in the engine cylinder and then provide mechanical force to the alternator to generate electricity. A generator set mainly consists of 3 parts: gas engine, alternator and radiator. The electricity generated can be connected to the national grid or used for daily use and industrial purposes.
Unit requirements for biogas
Within 1m of the gas inlet valve of the gas unit
1. Biogas temperature ≤ 40ºC;
2. Biogas pressure 3~20kpa, pressure change rate ≤ 1kpa/min;
3. H2S ≤ 200mg/Nm3
4. NH3 ≤ 20mg/Nm3
5. CH4 content in biogas ≥ 40%, change rate ≤ 2%/min;
6. Impurity particle size ≤ 5μm, impurity content ≤ 30mg/Nm3;
7. Moisture content in biogas ≤ 40g/Nm3;

Construction of power plants
- The generator room is generally open or semi-open, and the floor should be easy to clean and not easy to generate sparks.
- If a closed generator room is required, a single-story building must be built, and all doors and windows must be opened outward. Please install a large-capacity exhaust device to prevent gas accumulation.
- The generator room and the operating room must be separated and must not be directly connected. The observation window should be double-glazed and protected by a wire mesh.
- Lightning arresters must be installed.
- Equipped with sufficient fire-fighting equipment.
- The "NO FIRE" sign should be obvious, and open flames are strictly prohibited in the machine room.
- The exhaust contains flammable gases, so the exhaust pipe of the generator must be led to the outdoors and the exhaust pipe must be tightly connected.
