Requirements for gas : 

Within 1 meter from gas intake valve of generator 

1. Gas temperature ≤ 40ºC

2. Pressure 3-20kpa, pressure changing rate ≤ 1kpa/min 

3. H2S ≤ 200mg/Nm3 

4. NH3 ≤ 20mg/Nm3 

5. CH4 content ≥ 40%, changing rage ≤ 2%/min 

6. Impurity particle size ≤ 5μm, impurity content ≤ 30mg/Nm3 

7. Moisture content ≤ 40g/Nm3  

Working principle-:   

1. Use biogas project equipment change material into gas. 

2. Gas mix with air outside of engine's cylinders.  

3.Mixed gas into cylinder and explode inside of cylinders to change gas energy into power force. 

4.Power force drive alternator to generator electric power  

5.Water circles form water tank to engine to bring the engine heat  

6. Optional device of CHP, silent canopy and mobile trailer.
