1.300 series gas genset's main features are wide cylinder diameter, long stroke and large displacement, to ensure its continuous and steady power output.
2.300 series adopts internal gas and air mixture system and gas & air ratio automatic control system to avoid back-fire and explosion that may caused by high content of hydrogen. No back-fire to ensure gas delivery safety.Naturally gas intake gives high safety to gas delivery.
3.The generator requires gas pressure only over 2kpa, which let the generator applied in a wilder range and more adaptive to the tars in gas.
4.Gas intakes naturally, then after mixed with air,entered into burner directly, without going through turbo charger,inter cooler etc, less sections, less breakdowns.
5.300 series adopts ignition system imported form USA and Germany to make sure the ignition controllable, to get high ignition power and accurate ignition time. By which, the ignition operation is more complete, more strong and with more explosive power.
6.Intake gas valve box can be demounted without moving cylinder head section. It is more convenient for maintenance and tar clearance.Low speed,long life span.
7.It runs 8000horus/year and overhaul circle is around 60,000hours.Generator sets can parallel with other generator sets and parallel to gird manually and automatically. It can also run on iceberg model or even monitored remotely.
1.Ignition system:We adopt ignition system of magneto which produced by American ALTRONIC company,including:magneto,high-tension coil,sparking plug.
2.Pressure charging system:Pulse Mixed-flow supercharger, compression ration is 1:8,meet engine's requirement for gas-flow rate.
3.Speed regulating system: EGS gas controller of American WOODWARD Company.
4.Low voltage cables between generator set and control room: available if needed.
1.How to choose the right model?
A: It depends on continuous output power, Voltage, Frequency and fuel type. Please tell me what fuel (natural gas, biogas, biomass gas,wood syngas, methane,coal gas) or raw material(like wood, grass, nutshell and so on).

2.What is the oil consumption and capacity per hour?
A: 1.0-1.63g of lubricant oil consumption per hour. 1.0 Cubic meter gas can produce 1.5-3.0kw/h power. The capacity depends on gas energy(Kcal). E.g 1.0 Cubic meter natural gas produce about 3.0-4.0kw/h
4. What is the warranty?
A: 1 year. Inside this 1 year, we offer all spare parts free of charge. After this period, spare parts are not free. What's more, a set of spare parts will be shipped together with generator set free of charge.
5. How is the after sale service and maintenance?
A: We offer installation,repair and maintain service abroad. And online guide service if needed anytime. Our before-sale, in-sale and after-sale service are all trustable, you can name it.
What's more, drawings for gensets and foundation will be offered in final stage.
