Worksite requirements:
The worksite needs to meet following basic requirements:
A) Ambient temperature between -40º C~40º C;
B) Relative humidity less than 95%(35º C);
C) Site elevation not higher than 2500m;
D) For outdoor installation, simple rain shelter is required.

Gas requirements:
The coal gas must be purified before burning in engine:
1. Gas temperature≤ Local temperature + 15º C(≤ 40º C is better)
2. Gas Pressure can be adjusted from 5-20 kPa, the changing pressure rate ≤ 1kPa/min.
3. Use low-sulfur coal, one set sulfur scrubber is necessary (H2S≤ 200mg/Nm3)
4. NH3≤ 20mg/Nm3
5. Tar and Particulate matter≤ 50mg/Nm3.
6. Diameter of Particulate matter≤ 5μ M, particulate content≤ 30mg/Nm3.
7. Moisture content≤ 40g/Nm3
10. Heat Value of coal gas: ≥ 4.2Mj/ Nm3.

1. How to choose the right model ? 
A : It depends on continuous output power, Voltage, Frequency and fuel type.  
Please tell me what fuel (natural gas, biogas, biomass gas,wood syngas, methane,coal gas) or raw material (like wood, grass, nutshell etc) The right model of generator will be recommend soon .

2. What is the oil consumption and capacity per hour ? 
A : 1.0-1.63g of lubricant oil consumption per hour. 
1.0 Cubic meter gas can produce 1.5 - 3.0 kw/h power. The capacity depends on gas energy(Kcal). E.g 1.0 Cubic meter natural gas produce about 3.0-4.0kw/h  
 
3. What is the overhaul ? 
A : About 30000 working hours. 
One week is enough to finish.  We offer manual for weekly, monthly and overhaul maintenance.
 
4. What is the warranty ? 
A : One year.
we offer all spare parts free of charge during warranty period. After this period, spare parts are not free. What's more, a set of spare parts will be shipped together with generator set free of charge.
