Biomass generator is used in biomass gasification power plant.

The basic principle of biomass gasification system is to convert Agriculture and forestry products and wood processing remains (including rick husks, wood powder, branches, offcuts, corn straws, rice straws, wheat straws, cotton straws, fruit shells, coconut shells, palm shells, bagasse, corncobs and etc.) into combustible gas .It is then used as fuel in gas engine to generate electricity.
Biomass gasification successfully conquers the disadvantages of biomass, such as low flammability and wide diversity. Biomass gasification system is characteristic of small land requirement and environment friendly. It's one of the most effective way of biomass utilization.

Biomass generator working principle:   
1. Condition: Change biomass into biomass gas by biomass gasifier.
2. Gas mix with air outside of engine's cylinders.
3. Mixed gas into cylinder and explode inside of cylinders to change gas energy into power force.
4. Power force drive alternator to generator electric power.
5. The heat generated by the engine can be used for waste heat utilization.

Starting system: DC24V electric motor,12v190 adopt ST710 of direct-current.
Pressure charging system:Pulse Mixed-flow  supercharger, compression ration is  1:8,meet engine's requirement for gas-flow rate.
Speed regulating system: EGS gas controller of American WOODWARD Company.
